WELCOME TO MEXICO

Mexico boasts a kaleidoscope of fiery foods, pristine coastline, indigenous traditions, grand colonial architecture and vast expanses of wilderness.

WHY VISIT MEXICO?

In dynamic Mexico City, art and gastronomy thrive. In the tranquil surrounding countryside, colourful traditional villages sit between cactus desert and soaring mountains.

Culture and heritage are proudly celebrated in Chiapas and Oaxaca, regions lauded for their artisanal creativity, vibrant festivals and, of course, mezcal!

Unearthing the lost cities of ancient Maya, deep in the Yucatan jungle, is an unmissable experience. While ocelots and pumas roam in the tangled rainforests, tens of thousands flamingoes flock to the mangroves and sparkling white sand beaches that fringe the Yucatan Peninsula.

MEXICO INSPIRATION

Select a Sense

Arguably home to the best gastronomy in Latin America, Mexican cuisine is an intricate mosaic of taste and tradition. Its foundations lie in ancient staples—corn, beans, chilli — elevated by the nuanced layers of mole poblano and the humble magnificence of street-side tacos. Dishes such as tamales, encased in their corn-husk cocoons, and elote, charred corn slathered in creamy, spicy toppings, exemplifying the vibrant street food culture.

Traditional styles like Mariachi, characterised by lively trumpets and string instruments, evoke the spirit of Mexican fiestas. Ranchera, with its emotive lyrics, tells tales of love and heartache. Iconic dances such as Jarabe Tapatío, the Mexican hat dance, showcase intricate footwork and colourful costumes.
