Travel Designer

Location: Hybrid (London N1), with flexibility for remote work
Salary: Upon application

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced travel designer to join our sales team. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the luxury travel sector, designing innovative, tailor-made journeys for HNWIs and UHNWIs. The ideal candidate will also have extensive knowledge of various destinations, properties and experiences across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate bespoke itineraries: research, design, and refine one-of-a-kind travel plans, working closely with our trusted suppliers, boutique accommodations and local experts.
  • End-to-end booking management: handle every detail from enquiry to confirmation, ensuring a seamless process before transitioning bookings to the concierge team.
  • Client relationship management: build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their travel needs, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting their long-term travel goals.
  • Budget oversight: manage trip budgets, ensuring all contingencies, payments, and supplier interactions are efficiently handled.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives: help develop creative itineraries for campaigns and PR opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in bespoke travel design, particularly in the luxury sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for understanding and meeting client needs.
  • A creative, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple complex enquiries and bookings simultaneously.

Desirable to have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Latin American destinations, boutique accommodations and experiences, paired with a network of useful local contacts.
  • Language skills

  • Opportunity to work remotely – typically 2-3 days a week in our London office, with the option to work from home for the remaining days. For the right candidate, this arrangement is negotiable.
